Oklahoma voters say “No” to adult-use cannabis legalization in special election.

On March 8, 2023, voters rejected Oklahoma’s State Question 820 by an almost 2:1 margin. This is the fourth U.S. cannabis legalization election vetoed since November 2022. Arkansas, North Dakota and South Dakota all passed on legalization efforts while Missouri and Maryland approved legalization.
